4 medium zucchini 1/2 stick butter 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 sm can petite shrimp 1/4 c Italian bread crumb
Peel and slice zucchini and boil until tender. Drain zucchini and mash. Add all ingredients except bread crumb. Grease 9x12 casserole dish with butter. Place squash mixture in dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in oven at 325º for 40 minutes.
