3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced celery
1 large can tomatoes
1 can green beans
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. cubed carrots
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 bay leaf
3 c. milk
1/4 c. flour

Cook butter, onion, pepper and celery until tender. Combine everything except milk and flour, and simmer 40 minutes. Take off heat and add mixture of milk and flour. Cook until thickened.
