Ingredients:  
2 lbs. fish fillets (halibut, cod, bass are good)
2-3 stalks of celery-cut into small pieces
1 medium onion-chopped
1qt milk ( I use Skim Plus)
2-3 T butter
3 t lemon juice
Pepper, Lawry Salt to taste
1/4-1/2 t thyme
1-2 jars of clam broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in the butter
Add fish and salt and pepper and1 jar of clam broth
Cook until fish is white and flaky
Break it up into small pieces in pot
Add milk, lemon juice, thyme, Lawry Salt, pepper
Season more to taste
Let simmer for about an hour
Add more clam juice or milk if too thick
