2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and diced
8 oz. blueberries
1 lb. strawberries
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. any kind of fruit preserves
2 c. cinnamon sugar
10 (10 in.) flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwi, apples, blueberries, strawberries, sugars, and fruit preserves. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray. Sprinkle wedges liberally with cinnamon sugar and spray again with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
