1 package of Pilllsbury© croissant dough (unbaked)
Havarti cheese - round 4" (250 g) or cut block in half (approx.4 " by 4" )

Grease baking pan.
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Open croissant package (kids love this process as you hit tube on counter to pop it open).
Piece together dough and wrap around cheese.
Be creative with extra dough and twist it, braid it, or try and make a shape such as an apple to bake on top.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Cheese will be melted inside.
Serve with crackers, baguette or flat bread.
Accompany with fruit such as grapes, sliced apples or pears. Delicious and kids love this!
The original version of this popular appetizer calls for Brie cheese, but most kids prefer Havarti which is a mild creamy semi-firm Danish cheese.
