4 eggs
1 large can pumpkin
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 C. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Spread into Dutch oven or 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix on top and 1 cup chopped pecans (optional). Then slice one cube of butter and lay slices on top of cake mix. Cover and bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
