Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Noodles:
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Chicken:
Doesn't have to be chicken, can be turkey if you wish. Mom would usually boil the remaining carcass of the turkey. Boil it for a few hours until all the chicken/turkey falls off the bones. Remove all the bones.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in large mixing bowl. Spread the flour up the sides of the bowl, making a flour bowl. Drop the eggs in the center of the "flour bowl". With a fork, whip the eggs, as you stir the eggs, slowly mix the flour in with them. Continue doing this until all the flour, or most of the flour, is mixed in with the eggs, and the mixture is a thick dough consistency.

Roll the dough on a floured surface. Cut into desired lengths. Let dry. Occasionally come by and mix the noodles with the flour. When noodles are fairly dry, or you get tired of waiting, drop noodles and remaining flour into pot with the chicken/turkey. Stir, add salt and pepper. Serve in bowl or with mashed potatoes.
