1 1/2 qt. mashed potatoes
2 c. sour cream
11 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 small green onions, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mashed potatoes in a lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Top with cheese. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
