warm butter in skillet or griddle until lightly bubbling.
using donut cutter cut hole out of biscuit ,place biscuits in pan and slowly cook them, turn when lightly browned...and cook other side... in a bowl mix sugar and cinnamon.. when biscuits are done,drop in sugar mixture and lightly coat both sides...place on plate and serve....(do same with donut holes...)
