2 cans tomatoes (Hunts Seasoned)
1 Jar (12oz) Roasted Red Peppers
1 can Chicken Broth
1/2 medium onion chopped
1/2 c chopped celery
1 clove garlic minced
2 t Beau Monde
1 t curry powder
1 pint half & half
1 can coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion & celery in 1 T oil with Beau Monde and curry powder until wilted. Add tomatoes, and roasted pepper. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and puree in a food processor. Return to pot and bring to a low boil then turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in half & half.
Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
