1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
16 oz. fresh strawberries with juice OR 16 oz frozen strawberries, thawed
15 oz.crushed pineapple in juice, drained
9 oz. cool whip, lightly thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. With a spoon stir in strawberries and pineapple until just mixed. Stir in cool whip. Freeze 2-3 hours in 9" X 13" pan with a lid (if have). Carmen prepares it the day before. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
