1 cup persimmon pulp
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes in 8" X 8" glass square pan. Do not overcook.
