4-5 lb. Pork Loin
12 oz. Root Beer
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced

Root Beer Sauce:
1 C. Root Beer
1/4 C. Orange Juice
2 Tbsp. Molasses
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. sweet Paprika
1 C. Chili Sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 325º
Bake pork loin with root beer, onion and garlic in a covered roaster or crock pot for 4-5 hours.
In a saucepan, whisk the sauce ingredients together. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. This reduces sauce to about 2 Cups.

Drain and shred meat. Combine sauce with shredded pork, heat through.
Serve on buns.
