8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
6 c. confectioners' sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
3/4 c. nuts, optional

Directions:
Butter a 9 x 9 pan lightly. With cream cheese at room temperature place in a large bowl and work with a spoon until soft and smooth. Sift confectioners' sugar, salt and cocoa together then gradually stir in cream cheese. Add vanilla and nuts. Press mixture in pan. Chill until firm.
