chocolate cake mix
14 oz caramels
1 cube margarine
1/3 C milk
1 C choc chips (or more)
3/4 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake as directed on package. Pour 1/2 of batter in greased, floured, 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
Melt caramels, margarine and milk in double boiler. Stir until mixed and smooth. Pour caramel mixture over baked cake. Sprinkle choc chips and nuts over caramel. Spread the rest of batter of the top of the caramel and choc chips. Bake 10 minutes at 350 and then 20 minutes at 250.
