1 Head of Cabbage - cut into cubes to fit in processor chute
1 Carrot
1 med size onion (optional)
1c Mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 c Sugar
water just enough to mix up ingredients

Cut cabbage up into pieces that will fit in chute of processor.
Use the shredding blade on the processor.

Add the carrot

Onion is optional here.

Take ingredient's out of processor bowl and put in large mixing bowl.
In another bowl add the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Add little water to mix up into a smooth sauce like and pour over the cabbage and carrot.
Mix all together and taste to be sure not to strong on the vinegar. If so, add more sugar to mix.
