2-3 chicken backs from cut up chicken
chicken broth or cubes
1 stalk of celery cut up in small pieces
1/2 tsp of Thyme
5-6 cups of water
1/2 bag of Elbow macaroni
1 carrot diced

Instructions:

In a large pot add the water and chicken broth.
Put in chicken backs to cook and let simmer for an hr or so.

Add the celery, carrot and thyme to broth and let cook for 1/2 hr.

Take out chicken backs and debone and then add back the meat off the chicken.
In the meantime cook the macaroni and drain. Rinse with warm water and let drain again.

When ready for eating spoon in some macaroni in a bowl and add the chicken broth.

Sit down and enjoy.
