1/4 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 t. chopped celery
2 T. butter
1/2 t. Old Bay seasoning
2 T. flour
1/4 c. cream
16 oz. canned crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 t. mayonnaise
2 egg
1 t. Worcestershire sauce

Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter and add seasoning. Add flour and cream and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and add crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise,Worcestershire sauce and eggs. Mix well and form into patties. Fry in butter (not margarine) in a non-stick pan. Red salmon, drained, or Albacore tuna, drained, also work well.
