1/4 C. Butter
3 firm Bananas, sliced
1/2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. Spiced Rum

Your favorite Ice Cream.

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in bananas and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour in rum and cook 1-2 minutes more.
Scoop ice cream into dishes, spoon warm banana mixture over ice cream.
