3 bunches broccoli
1 purple onion
1 cauliflower

2 to 3 cucumbers
3 to 4 tomatoes
1 green pepper


MARINADE:
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:

Cut vegetables in bite-sized pieces in one bowl.

In second bowl mix marinade ingredients. Heat and pour over cut up vegetables. Mix well and marinate overnight in refrigerator for best results.
