5 cups maple syrup ( real or Log Cabin),
4 egg yolks,
3 large Tbs. flour,
salt,
1/2 pint whipping cream ( 8 oz),
4 beaten egg whites,
1 qt. and 1/2 pints milk ( to fill freezer)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks with flour. Heat syrup and pour over flour egg mixture. Pour all back into kettle and add salt. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add beaten egg whites, whipping cream and milk to fill freezer. Follow directions on freezer.
