4 eggs
1 box lemon INSTANT pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 can 7 Up
1 box lemon cake mix

Icing:
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 stick margarine or butter
1 1/2 c sugar
3 egg yolks
3 T corn starch or flour
3 oz coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all cake ingredients and bake at 325º for 30 minutes. For icing, combine all ingredients except coconut and heat until thick. Remove from heat and add coconut. Ice cake while hot and enjoy!
