1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
(use pineapple juice in place of or added to boiling water)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg. Lemon JelloŠ in 1 c. boiling water or pineapple juice. Add frozen orange juice and stir until dissolved and slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple and mandarin oranges. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
