1 c. butter
2 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. fresh chipped apples
1 c. pecans
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add apples and mix well. Bake in a tube pan at 325º.
