4 large potatoes
2/3 c all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
4 green onion- chopped
1 1/4 c (5 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c margarine or butter
6 c milk
1/2 tsp pepper
12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 8oz carton sour cream

Bake potatoes at 400º for 1 hour, let cool. Scoop out pulp. Melt butter in heavy saucepan, over low heat
add flour, stir until smooth and cook one minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add potato pulp, salt, pepper, 2tbsp green onion, 1/2 c bacon and 1 cup cheese.Cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in sour cream, add extra milk if necessary for desired consistency.
Serve with remaining onion, bacon, and cheese.
