1-1/2 C. Flour
2 C. Rolled Oats (uncooked Oatmeal)
1/4 C. Sugar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Raisins
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 C. Butter, melted
1/3 C. Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º
Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and raisins in a large bowl. Mix well. Make a well in center.
In a small bowl, beat egg until frothy and mix in melted butter and milk. Pour into well, stir to make a soft dough. Divide dough in half.
Pat each half into 2-6 to 7 inch circles. Transfer each circle onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Cut each circle into 8 pie-shaped wedges. Bake for 15 minutes, until risen and golden brown. Serve warm.
