2 C. Flour
1/4 C. Brown Sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Butter, cold
1 C. fresh (or frozen) Blueberries
3/4 C. Half-and-Half
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resemble fine crumbs. Add blueberries and stir lightly to mix; set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together Half-and-Half and egg. Slowly pour into flour mixture, stirring with rubber scraper/spatula until dough forms.
Knead dough 3 to 4 times, just until it comes together. Divide dough in half.
Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface, shape each half into a 6-inch circle. Cut each circle into 6 wedges.
Place wedges on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Serve warm!
