4 thin slices raisin-pumpernickel or pumpernickel bread
2 Tbsp. Apricot preserves
1/4 lb. Virginia Ham, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 2 slices of bread with apricot preserves, spread the other 2 slices of bread with the mustard. Divide ham between slices of bread spread with apricot preserves, top with bread slices spread with mustard. Trim the crusts. Cut each sandwich into 4 finger sized sandwiches (triangles or rectangles).
