2 T. olive oil

8 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2/3 c toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 T honey

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Slice baguette and brush each slice with olive oil. Arrange slices on a baking sheet in a single layer and toast in oven until golden, about 8 minutes. Mix Gorgonzola and walnuts in a small bowl. Spoon mixture onto baguette slices, pressing gently to adhere. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 8 more minutes. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
