2 C yellow corn meal
1 C all-purpose flour
1 C sour cream
3 t baking powder
2 eggs
1 C cream-style corn
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 C bacon drippings
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except milk; stir until well blended. Add enough milk to make the mixture pour easily. Spoon into greased muffin tins or baking pan. Bake in 400* oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

This is a real yummy cornbread recipe. I like to crumble the bacon I cook to get the bacon drippings and add it to the batter before cooking.
