5 cups of potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/4 flour
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Topping~
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on. Take skins off & dice to make 5 cups. Make white sauce; melt butter, & flour, stir well. Add milk, stir to boil & thicken. Take off stove & add shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste. Add potatoes. Topping~ 2 tbsp butter melt & add bread crumbs. Put on potatoes. Bake at 350º for 30~35 minutes.
