4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 small jars apricot baby food
ICING:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs in a bowl; add sugar; add remaining ingredients and pour into bundt pan. Bake 1 hour. To make icing, let cream cheese and margarine soften; mix together and stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost cooled cake.
