8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
powdered sugar
2 jars apricot (or nut) filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix cream cheese and butter together by hand; add flour; form into ball. Snip off a piece the size of a golf ball - roll out on powdered sugar. Cut dough into 4 squares; fill with 1/2 t. apricot or nut filling. Fold dough over filling. Bake on cookie sheet 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
