5 pt. slice okra
5 cloves garlic
5 hot peppers
5 tsp. dill seed
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place one garlic clove and hot pepper in each clean jar. Pack each jar firmly with clean young okra, from which only part of the stem has been removed. Add 1 tsp. of dill seed to each jar. Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil and simmer 5 min. Pour boiling hot solution over the okra. Seal immediately.
