8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. seedless raspberry preserves
3 T. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients with electric mixer on medium. Add eggs, milk, vanilla; beat until smooth. Mix flour and next 3 ingredients; add to cream cheese mix; beat on low until well blended. Spread into greased/floured 13x9 pan. Dollop with preserves; swirl with knife. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes as cake begins to leave sides of pan. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
