Crusty Rhubarb Pie Recipe

No roll pastry:
1 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp milk

6 cups diced unpeeled rhubarb
2 cups sugar
6 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chilled butter cut into small pieces

cup sugar
cup flour

Preheat oven to 350. prepare the pasty by mixing flour with salt and sugar. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. Mix well with a fork. Transfer to a deep-dish pie pan and press with finger to spread over bottom and up sides of pan.

Filling combine rhubarb with sugar and flour. Spoon into pie crust. Dot with butter

Topping mix butter, sugar and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake 1 hour or until filling is bubbling and topping is browned. This is very easy and very good pie, if you like rhubarb.
