1 cup butter softened
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after adding each egg. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt, then stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
