1/4 cup fresh, finely diced Red onion

1/4 cup Newman's Own Light Balsalmic Vinagrette

1/4 cup Italian grated cheese blend or grated
parmesean cheese

You can serve immediately, but it gets better when it's allowed to sit for at least 30 minutes.

This is wonderful served over toasted sourdough, salad, pasta or grilled chicken or seafood.

A real favorite during the summer when the fresh tomatoes and basil are growing in the back yard. Ben, Mike, Dale and Chris just love this one!
