1 cu sour cream
1 cu powdered sugar
1 oz Gran Marniere, Galliano or flavored fruit liqueur or brandy (ie: apricot brandy, etc.)

Mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve with sliced fresh fruits: Strawberries, melons, berries of all sorts, nectarines, peaches, etc. (pears, cinnamon and dip...mmmm)

this is also great with orange rind and juice in place of or with the brandy. We used to spread it on Carr's water crackers/wheat crackers and eat with fruit. MMMMMM great appetizer, and good with wine.
