1 envelope Knox Gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
Combine and set aside

3 egg yolks
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cook in double broiler stirring constantly until thick, about 15 minutes.

Stir gelatin mixture into pumpkin mixture and chill for 1 hour. Beat 3 egg whites, folding in 1/4 cup sugar until stiff. Fold gently into pumpkin mixture and pour into baked pie shell.

Garnish with whipped cream. Chill
