8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and quartered
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. plus 2 tsp. sugar, divided
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll crescent rolls and separate. Wrap each apple quarter with crescent roll dough and place in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bring orange juice, 2/3 c. sugar and butter to boil in saucepan. Pour over apple dumplings. Stir together 2 tsp. sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over dumplings. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
