1 package stew meat
Boiler onions
Potatoes
Carrots
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Paprika
3 cubes beef bouillion
1/4 C white wine
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Coat stew meat in flour and brown. Place meat and small boiler onions in roasting pan. Mix 4 Tbsp flour with 6 C water in an air tight container; shake well. Pour mixture over meat and onions. Add 3 bouillion cubes and salt, pepper, thyme, paprika and white wine (approx. 1/4 C) to taste. Bake for one hour.

Dice potatoes and carrots. Add to stew and bake an additional hour.
