1 loaf Cinnamon Swirl or Cinnamon Raisin Bread, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
3 C half and half OR milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

For toppings:
Powdered sugar
Whipped butter
Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and place bread cubes in dish. Mix eggs, half and half and vanilla and pour over bread cubes. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Serve with butter, syrup and powdered sugar.
