4 C Flour
2 Tbsp Baking powder
1 Qt Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 packet Yeast
1/4 C Canola oil
6 Eggs
Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and baking powder; set aside. Combine buttermilk, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix together and then add flour mixture. Add packet of yeast and then canola oil. Whip eggs and then fold carefully into mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Set out 15-30 minutes before cooking and add half and half (approx. 1 cup) until mixture is right consistency.

Cook on hot griddle.

Mixture is good for approximately 1-2 weeks.
