1 head lettuce
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
Celery, diced
Red and purple onion, diced
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen green peas

TOPPING:
1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. sugar
1 t. vinegar
Bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, drain and cut lettuce into bite sized pieces.
Layer in bottom of serving dish. Then place a layer of diced red, green and yellow bell pepper. Next, layer on diced celery. The fourth layer is diced red and purple onion. Then layer on shredded cheddar cheese. The sixth layer is frozen green peas. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over salad. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
