"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg dark chocolate or fudge cake mix (no pudding added)
1 pkg chocolate fudge instant pudding (trust me-it makes a difference to add your own)
2 C sour cream
2 sticks butter melted
5 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (I like to use the mini ones)
extra optional add ins- 2 or 3 tbsp espresso crystals, up to 1 C nuts and/or coconut-whatever!

Directions:
Directions:
grease and flour bundt pan
preheat oven to 350
mix all ingredients (except chips and other add-ins) together and beat for 2 minutes. The consistency will be almost mousse-like and not really pourable.
Spoon in to pan and bake for 60-70 minutes
Invert onto serving dish
can be frosted or glazed but I generally just garnish with some sifted powdered sugar before serving

WARNING- this will make more than fits comfortably in the pan so all children present (and some "helpful" adults) must be prepared to lick a lot of batter from the bowl! Fill the bundt pan no more than about 3 inches from the top.
