Rice Crispies (can be mixed with corn flakes or other like rice Rice Crispies cereal)
butter
salt and pepper
garlic salt or powder
Chicken pieces or boneless breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then roll in crushed cereal (I sometimes add some cornflakes too). Place slightly separated on a cookie sheet. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garlic salt or powder.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken and whether it is bone in or out. Flattened boneless chicken breasts should be done in about 15 minutes.
Also-I pour any leftover butter and cereal on top of the chicken in the pan..it's all good.

Cooking times and servings depend on the type of chicken used. I pound out my chicken breasts piccata-like for a quick meal.
