Graham Cracker Crumbs or the cookies
1/2 pound of butter,softened
Icing sugar
2 cans crushed pineapple
pint of whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
make up butter icing and place on top of graham cracker crumbs or cookies.
Drain the pineapple
Whip up the whipping cream,blend in the pineapple and layer on top of the butter icing. Chill.

I personally use the cookies,as I can hold each one to put the icing on and then lay in pan.When you go to serve,you just have to find the cookie square. These are one of Bills favorite desserts.
