2 cloves of garlic chopped
11/2 tsp.salt
1tbsp.dried thyme
1tsp.ground all spice
1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp.nutmeg
2 Bay Leafs crumbled
2 Jalapeno Peppers seeded.

Rub on Meat or Chicken. Let sit for a few hour. Cook. Great with rice or noodles.
