3 Tbs Melted Butter
1 C Sugar
1 C Milk
2 C flour
1 Tbs baking powder
3 C fresh cranberries

Sauce:

2 Cubes butter
2 C Sugar
1 C Whipping Cream or Heavy Cream
1 ½ tsp Pure vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, flour, milk, baking powder until batter forms. Stir in cranberries. Grease large muffin tin or 9 x 13 pan. Spoon batter into pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan, cooking on low heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Do not let boil!

To serve: Spoon vanilla sauce over cranberry muffin, or sliced piece. Serve warm.
